In the meantime, Sukuna asks Megumi how he dared to live after he let his body be taken away, killed his own sister, and refused the hand that offered him help. (Well, I’m glad Sukuna’s dead, but his audacious personality is to be praised!!) Further, in the issue story, Sukuna tells Megumi to stay quiet and let him handle the situation!
However, Megumi talks back to Sukuna and asks him why he is so desperate and if the way of becoming a cursed object is predetermined. Sukuna’s already peeled off by Yuji, resulting in his death!
Likewise, Megumi says that the resonance was not good for Sukuna, and if his 19 fingers disappeared, the last one would be unable to connect. At last, Megumi takes a sigh of relief and expresses that Sukuna is also afraid of death!!
